    Launched Asia Pacific’s first digital wallet integrated payroll in the Philippines with GCash.

Executive Leadership Team

Sanjiv has wide-ranging experience in the IT-BPO industry spanning a wide variety of roles including establishing and running a USD $150m BPO business. Sanjiv’s experience also includes the transformation of the Global Operating model, M&As and business development. He is very familiar with markets in North America, Latin America, Europe, China, and India, for both delivery and business development.

Sanjiv’s last stint was as Managing Director of DataEdge Infosolutions which provided strategic consulting services to multiple technology companies in the advanced analytics, RPA, Machine Learning / AI space. Prior to that Sanjiv was SVP-Global COE & Country Leader (India) and served on the board of Xerox Business Services (India). His previous assignments included a 12-year stint with Patni & iGATE (now Capgemini) where he led and built a global multi-million dollar business focussed on providing solutions for the Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & financial services Industry. Sanjiv was also a part of the start-up team that built HCL BPO business as their Global Head for Sales, Marketing & Strategic Initiatives.

Sanjiv has more than 25 years of experience having held senior management roles in large global companies. He has also nurtured start-ups on their growth strategy and has been a speaker at multiple global events.

As Regional Technology Officer, Sudheer’s portfolio includes driving innovation and provides the vision and leadership for core Payroll/HCM Platform development, product management, DevOps, Infrastructure services and ensuring information security across the enterprise. He is also responsible for the digital business of the Company and he brings to the role more than 24 years of experience with global product and technology companies.

Prior to joining Excelity, Sudheer served as the Senior Director at ADP, where he was responsible for building a global product and technology team and leading all aspects of technology, including strategy, architecture, and product engineering. Before ADP, he worked in a number of senior management roles for Dell and HCL.

Sudheer holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and also undergone the Strategy and Leadership program from IIM, Calcutta. 

As Regional Financial Controller, she is responsible for Finance, Tax and Treasury

Meher has over 20 years of experience across varied roles across finance .Her areas of expertise include Corporate Finance, Internal Controls Management Information Systems and Tax structuring along with driving operational excellence, simplification of both balance sheet and profit and loss issues like restructuring strategies, coupled with tax efficiencies and statutory compliances.

She previously served as CFO for an Indian listed company Subex Ltd, where she successfully drove the turnaround of the company by restructuring debt, realigning organisation structure, improving profitability, optimising business processes and creating a lean, efficient, global finance function. Earlier Meher has worked with Patni -Igate (Now Capgemini) and Deloitte

Meher is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and holds a Bachelor in Commerce degree from Mumbai University

Parvez is a HR domain specialist with close to 18+ years of experience in ITES industry – His experience covers gamut of HR across different geography’s spanning from ASIA, EUROPE to AMER region.

He is a seasoned HR Leader who is People oriented, Results driven Senior Executive with International MNC experience in both Global and Strategic Human Resources.

He firmly believe in adding values to the business and has always worked in creating an HR as a Trusted Business Partner to help achieve organization goals.

His Key competencies are in the area of Core HR and HR Transformation including Talent acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Business Partnering, and setting up of Global HR Shared Service (Employee Life Cycle Management)

Prior to joining Excelity in 2016 he has worked with various multi national like Societe Generale, Infosys and Accenture.

Parvez has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Human Resources) from Symbiosis (Pune) and Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University.

As Head of Legal & Compliance, Gagan is responsible for all legal and compliance matters for Excelity across APAC.

With over twelve years of experience, Gagan brings strong expertise and execution skills to provide sustainable and compliant outcomes for business growth in challenging environment. He comes with a rich and diverse experience of advising domestic and international clients across many industries i.e. IT, services, manufacturing, energy, for a range of issues covering a broad spectrum of legal and compliance practice - risk assessment and strategic advisory, structuring, negotiating complex commercial transactions, merger & acquisitions, privacy and data protection, board Management, compliance management, employment law, litigation and external counsel management, government relations, interfacing with regulators.

Gagan holds a bachelor’s degree in law from University of Delhi, a qualified company secretary and has also undergone an Executive Program in Global Business Management from IIM Calcutta.
