Sanjiv in his new role, will be responsible for operating performance of the Company and lead the execution of the company strategy. Sanjiv has over 30 years of experience in the IT-BPO services. His experience includes Global Operating model transformation, BPO business leading Sales, Marketing, M&A and Business development. He is very familiar with markets in North America, LATAM, Europe, China and India for both delivery and business development and joins Excelity after an exceptional stint of 12 years with Patni-iGATE (now Capgemini) and Xerox Business services (now called Conduent). Sanjiv’s last stint was as a Managing Director of DataEdge Infosolutions which provided strategic consulting services to multiple technology companies in the advanced analytics, RPA, Machine Learning and in AI space.
Sudheer joined Excelity in Feb 2016 as Chief Platform and Technology Officer, leading Excelity’s technology strategy, development roadmap and innovation. He pioneered the execution of SaaS solutions- ezpayroll in 2016 and Excelity HCM launched in 2017. With 24 years of rich experience working with global product and technology companies like ADP, Dell and HCL, his domain expertise spans across Payroll, HCM, e-commerce, high-tech, and professional services sectors, with emphasis on global operational excellence, innovation, and corporate governance. Sudheer has taken this as an extended responsibility manging Excelity’s Cloud and Benefits business while continuing to lead the technology function within Excelity.
